Sewa International Australia Inc. is excited to announce the success of its recent Kids Cricket
Fundraising Event, held on 16-Feb-2025 at Ollie Web Reserve, Parramatta, NSW 2150. The
event aimed at raising funds for the “Sponsor a Child” Program brought together young
cricketers (aged 10-15 years), families, and community supporters to contribute to a
meaningful cause.
The event was proudly supported by Kalyani Transport, Shine Mortgage Solutions, Happy
Learning Star Education, and the Royal Strikers cricket team, which organizes the ‘Appu Cup’
locally in Sydney.
The event was a vibrant display of sportsmanship and community spirit, featuring children,
both girls and boys, competing in friendly matches. It provided a wonderful opportunity for
families and children to enjoy the game while learning the importance of giving back to the
community.
The presence of Sameer Pandey, the Councillor of the City of Parramatta, as the chief guest at
the cricket fundraising event was a momentous occasion that added tremendous value to the
event. Sameer Pandey was actively involved in the awards presentation and interacted with
participants, making them feel appreciated for their contributions.
