The Singhs Social Motorcycle Club Australia hosted its third annual Dapper Singhs Gala – an evening that once again demonstrated the club’s growing impact as a community leader in men’s mental health, dementia awareness, and wellbeing advocacy. What began as a grassroots initiative has evolved into a powerful platform where culture and compassion intersect, creating a space for meaningful conversations and genuine human connection. This year’s gala carried that legacy forward, offering a night rich with storytelling, reflection, and celebration.

The Singhs Social Motorcycle Club Australia, although grounded in the shared passion for motorcycling, has long established itself as much more than a riding group. The organisation has become a driving force for social awareness, empowerment, and community engagement. Guided by Sikh values of service, humility, and unity, the club has taken on causes that deeply affect multicultural communities – from men’s mental health to dementia, from family wellbeing to broader community safety. Over time, their work has expanded into a series of campaigns, charity efforts, and community-building initiatives that continue to strengthen bonds and elevate those who often feel unseen.

This year’s Dapper Singhs Gala captured that spirit with an evening that balanced elegance and purpose. Held at the Grand Royale in Granville, the event brought together families, riders, leaders, advocates, and young people in a warm and welcoming setting. Guests were treated not only to entertainment and celebration, but also to meaningful reflections delivered by a strong lineup of guest speakers. Their insights added depth and grounding to the night’s message, reminding everyone of the importance of open dialogue and community support.

Among those who addressed the audience were Dr Kawaljit Singh and Tejwant Kawaljit Singh from Amara Dementia Care, whose work has been instrumental in raising awareness around dementia within culturally diverse communities. Their contribution highlighted the critical need for early intervention, culturally sensitive support, and continued advocacy for seniors and caregivers. CEO of Cred FS, Sandeep Grover, and XAnalysts CEO, Mukesh Sehdev, also shared their perspectives, echoing the importance of community leadership and mental wellbeing in everyday life. Life coach Russel Doherty, along with club advocacy representative Ricky Gill, added further layers of honesty and reflection, while leaders such as Raminder Singh Sachdeva from Uprise Together Foundation, Queensland Chapter Lead Satwinder Singh, and former Lord Mayor of Parramatta, Cr. Sameer Pandey, reinforced the significance of collective responsibility and unity.

Special moments throughout the evening came from the youth speakers and co-hosts – Kirpanidh, Twisha, and Rony Dhir – whose confidence and clarity brought a fresh voice to the gala. Their participation symbolised a hopeful shift, showing that the next generation is ready to lead with empathy and awareness.

The club also expressed heartfelt appreciation for the volunteers, riders, and families who worked tirelessly to bring the event to life. Their efforts, often behind the scenes, helped create an atmosphere where guests felt both uplifted and connected. The gala would not have been possible without the support of generous sponsors, including Auswide Buyers Agents, Cred Financial Services, Augment Real Estate, and PlayPoint Blacktown Indoor Sports Centre, whose contributions helped ensure the event’s continued success.

Community champions and supporters such as Ripul Anand, Inder Sandhu, Jai Manchandia, Karnail Singh from Global Punjab Live, George Dion, Brown Boyz Street, Desi Australia, and representatives from Brisbane and Dubbo also played meaningful roles in amplifying the event’s reach and impact. Judges Dimple Hartaj Deez, Russel Doherty, and Kathrene Chan lent their expertise to the evening’s activities, adding an extra touch of excitement and engagement.

Throughout the night, attendees were reminded that the Dapper Singhs Gala is not just a stylish event – it is a movement. It is a platform where culture meets mental health advocacy, where personal stories become pathways to healing, and where community support becomes the backbone of meaningful change. The event celebrates identity but also challenges stigma, offering a culturally safe space where men and families feel seen, supported, and empowered.

As the evening came to a close, one sentiment echoed clearly: this gala continues to grow not because of its structure or its format, but because of the people who gather with open hearts and shared purpose. The Singhs Social Motorcycle Club Australia has once again demonstrated that when culture, community, and compassion come together, the impact is immeasurable.

Their message remains simple but powerful – let’s keep rising, together.
