The Ex-PSBians of Melbourne came together for a delightful and heart-warming get-together on 15 January 2026, creating an evening filled with nostalgia, camaraderie, and shared joy. The gathering served as a beautiful occasion to celebrate New Year and Lohri, while also strengthening the bonds that connect former colleagues beyond time and geography.

From the moment everyone assembled, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. Old friendships were rekindled, memories were revisited, and laughter flowed freely, reflecting the enduring spirit of togetherness that defines the PSB family.

The evening was further enriched by soulful musical performances from Anup Chawla, Kulwant Singh Matta, Parvinder Sethi, and Satinder Chawla. Their melodious songs struck an emotional chord with the audience, transporting everyone back to cherished moments of the past. Adding to the fun, an engaging round of Antakshari, interspersed with light-hearted jokes and cheerful banter, brought immense joy and collective participation, making the gathering truly memorable.

Amidst the celebrations, the group also paused to observe a one-minute silence in solemn remembrance of S. Gurbax Singh, who passed away last week. This heartfelt gesture reflected the deep sense of respect, empathy, and unity shared among the PSBians, reminding everyone that the strength of the community lies in standing together during moments of both joy and loss.

The event was graciously hosted at Gaylord Restaurant in the heart of the city. The delicious food and warm hospitality added to the charm of the evening, ensuring that everyone left with contented hearts and fond memories.

Overall, the get-together was a perfect blend of celebration, remembrance, music, and fellowship—an evening that reaffirmed the lasting bonds of the PSB family and left everyone looking forward to many more such reunions in the future.
