On 14th December, Cricket Central was buzzing with excitement as Sydney Thunder hosted its much-anticipated Fan Day, bringing together cricket lovers of all ages for a day filled with fun, food, and unforgettable memories.




For under-aged kids from across Sydney had the rare chance to play cricket alongside their Thunder heroes, learning tips and tricks from the stars themselves. The joy on their faces said it all and this was an experience they will cherish forever.
The festivities didn’t stop at cricket. Families enjoyed face painting, met the beloved Thunder Thorn mascot, and lined up for autographs and photos with their favourite players. The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter, cheers, and the spirit of the game.

A Desi taste
Adding a cultural twist to the celebration, fans were treated to complimentary Desi delicacies. From the refreshing sweetness of lassi to the comforting warmth of masala chai, the food stalls were a hit among visitors, perfectly complementing the vibrant vibe of the day.
