Envisioned by Afsana Verma, Amit Verma, and Dhaval Udeshi, the space unfolds through the design language of Gauri Khan. Let’s meet them.

Afsana Verma orchestrates moments with delicate precision, allowing storytelling, light, and movement to breathe across every corner. 

Gauri Khan shapes the space with her signature elegance, transforming walls, textures, and shadows into environments that feel both personal and grand, quietly dramatic yet lavishly inviting. 

With banking, investment, and hospitality in his repertoire, Amit Verma shapes vision into legacies where creativity, flow, and design merge effortlessly. 

Dhaval Udeshi, founder of DU Hospitality, instinctually crafts emotionally resonant venues that celebrate life in ambient spaces, where guests feel a deep connection—embodied at Fielia ~ philia, an ancient Greek word for love and conversation.

With his in-depth knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and techniques, Chef Hitesh Shanbhag curates new dishes and elevates traditional ones with the precision of a maestro and the soul of a poet. To him, each plate of food is a delicate reverie, leaving taste buds wanting more.

In the Fielian kitchen, a seamless rhythm hums, a zone of effortless collaboration that culminates in a memorable guest experience. 

Between the tender, ethereal richness of sage chèvre gnocchi and the deep, molten glow of burnt Basque with cacao, each of Chef Shanbhag’s creations is a luminous echo, resonating with the narrative of the signature cocktails by Fay Barretto.

“Each cocktail carries a memory, a quiet imprint of the guest’s desire, entwined with the bartender’s insight,” he reflects.

Beverage Director Fay transforms mixology into delicate magic. As the cinema curtain rises, the bartender slips into a playful role, each gesture a choreography of intuition and artistry—a cocktail pours like liquid starlight. The first sip swirls across the senses, a moment suspended in time, weightless in raptures of sensation.

It’s 10th January 2026, a sultry winter evening in Mumbai. Dusk falls, and the city pauses, buzzing with curiosity to know Fielia.
